Hello? Is anyone here? Oh yeah, me, i'm here... kinda. Life outside of the internet has been so good, i almost forgot about blogging. I do intend to come back regularly in the near future, in a brand new outfit. Really.
Meanwhile, my husband has been working like crazy, recently directing a stunning looking music video for Five O'Clock Heroes' new single Who, featuring british model senstation Agyness Deyn. If you're not one of the 180,000+ people who have already watched the video on myspace since its release last week, you should watch it now. If you prefer a QuickTime, there's one here. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how soft Aggy's vocals are, but not so surprised by how super catchy the song is, a trademark of all the Heroes' songs.

As i was browsing one of my favorite french music blogs, i came across the news that a Serge Gainsbourg biopic was in pre-production in France... for real?? It's starring an actor i've never heard of, who definitely looks the part, but the question is, can he deliver? Now, if this is really happening, it could only go two ways: "La vie en rose" amazing... or, hm, disastrous (what's a really bad biopic?). To be continued.
Finally, for all the Francoise Hardy fans out there, this morning, i dedicated my entire radio show to her music throughout the years. Two hours of pure talent and aural beauty. It's only fitting to give you a little eye candy of the undeniable style icon that Francoise is...

First 45, first success, first introduction to the bangs.

Notice the perfect application of the liquid eyeliner.

I wish i could see the full outfit in more details here, it's giving me ideas.

Why smile on photos when pouting looks this good?

Still going strong. I can only hope to look this good in my 60's.
